Withdrawal of Three By-election Writs

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to

section 551 of the Canada Elections Act (S.C. 2000, c. 9), that the writs issued on May 3, 2015, for federal by-elections to be held in the following electoral districts on October 19, 2015, are deemed to have been superseded and withdrawn under subsection 31(3) of the Parliament of Canada Act , therefore cancelling the said by-elections:
