Dear Mr. Payet, I write subsequent to my presentation the following: In April of 2021, I filed two Complaints for two African Nova Scotians: S1 Julien Parsons and S1Jordell Brady. Both these young Sailors were targeted for and sustained Systemic Racism while sailing and by their Buffer, so egregious, that both were Clinically Diagnosed with PTSD. I assisted both these young Sailors to file injuries to the Veterans Affairs Canada which were accepted and acknowledged.

To date, I have never received an acknowledgement or response from the CHRC notwithstanding that I wrote Registered letters directly to CEO and Executive Director, Mr. Ian Fine. Mr. Fine called me as did Mr. Pierre Narducci however, neither of these gentlemen responded to the significant concerns I raised.
