Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Batters, Bellemare, Busson, Cordy, Greene, MacDonald, Mégie, Omidvar, Ringuette, Saint-Germain, Wells, Woo and Yussuff (13). At 10:28 a.m., the committee resumed. Pursuant to rule 12-7(2)(c), the committee continued its consideration of the orders and practices of the Senate and the privileges of Parliament.
