An Act to amend the Public Service Labour Relations Act and other Acts, was introduced in the House of Commons on November by the President of the Treasury Board of Canada. Bill C-34 restores the public service labour relations regime that existed prior to the coming into force of Bill C-4, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 21, 2013 and other measures (short title: Economic Action Plan Act, No. 2), specifically with regards to essential services and the resolution of collective bargaining disputes.

An Act to amend the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act and other Acts. <br/><br/>The coordinating amendments in Bill C-34 are meant to coordinate the entry into force of this legislation with that of Bill C-7,

An Act to amend the Public Service Labour Relations Act, the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board Act and other Acts and to provide for certain other measures.
