An Act to amend the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985, in the House of Commons and it was given first reading.<br/><br/>Bill C-27 amends the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985 to provide a framework for the establishment, administration and supervision of target benefit plans.
