Order in Council 1682/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Gillian Eckler, Barrister and Solicitor of Toronto, Ontario, be appointed as associate judge of the Superior Court of Justice, effective November 30, 2023.
