Order in Council 1630/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Parm Bhatthal of Brampton, who was appointed by O.C. 1266/2021 as a member and designated as Chair of the Provincial Schools Authority, has resigned from such position;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsections 2 (1) and (2) of The Provincial Schools Authority Act , Order in Council 1266/2021 is revoked effective August 5, 2022.
