OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 5, 2003, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(

d) and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Economic Development to: (

a) authorize financial assistance to Doppelganger Canso Inc. in the amount of $100,000 on terms and conditions as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 5, 2003; (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order; and (

c) assign the administration of this loan to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated.
