On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Advertising, Deposits, Disposition and Extension Regulation, B.C. Reg. 55/2006, is amended as set out in

Schedule 1,

(

b) the BC Timber Sales Regulation, B.C. Reg. 381/2008, is amended as set out in

Schedule 2, and

(

c) the Refusal of Cutting Permit or Road Permit Regulation, B.C. Reg. 252/2018, is amended as set out in

Schedule 3.

Schedule 1

Section 18 (3) of the Advertising, Deposits, Disposition and Extension Regulation, B.C. Reg. 55/2006, is amended in the formula by striking out " district manager " and substituting " minister ".

Schedule 2

1 Sections 16.6 (3), 16.7 and 21 (7) of the BC Timber Sales Regulation, B.C. Reg. 381/2008, are repealed.

Schedule 3

1 Sections 2 and 3 of the Refusal of Cutting Permit or Road Permit Regulation, B.C. Reg. 252/2018, are amended by striking out " sections 52.05 (

a) and 117 (a) " and substituting " sections 52.05 (1) (

a) and 117 (2) (a) ".

Section 4 is amended by striking out " sections 52.05 (

a) or 117 (a) " and substituting "

section 52.05 (1) (

a) or 117 (2) (a) ".
