Sally's Cove Municipal Planning Area

under the

Urban and Rural Planning Act

(O.C. 96-173)

Under the authority of

section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Sally's Cove Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING

AREA

Beginning at a coastal point at approximately 2.35 kilometres south westward

along the coastline from

Martin

Point

Then along a line of demarcation with the Gros Morne National Park, Regional Surveyor Plan No. 82-14, south 62 30' east 3,750 metres, more or less, south 27 30' west 4,050 metres to a point having co-ordinates 5 507 150 metres north and 348 050 metres east, north 62 30' west 4,000 metres, more or less, to a coastal point situated approximately one kilometre southwestward from Gun Point;

Then following the coastline generally northeastward along the

Gulf of St. Lawrence

via Gun Point and Sally's Cove to the point of beginning.

All bearings and co-ordinates refer to the 3 modified T.M. grid, central meridian 58 30' west longitude.
