OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 18, 2017, and pursuant to clause 12(3)(
b) of
Chapter 504 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Wildlife Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (
a) enter into agreements with the Nature Conservancy of Canada and the Nova Scotia Nature Trust in respect of the acquisition of lands using funds from the Nova Scotia Habitat Conservation Fund on such terms and conditions deemed appropriate by the Minster; and (
b) execute any related agreements or documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
