Order in Council 1776/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Katie DeBlock Boersma of Mitchell

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years effective February 28, 2021.
