OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated, February 21, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness in the total amount not to exceed three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to the Nova Scotia Health Authority to complete design development for two six-station dialysis units.
