OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated November 24, 2020, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister to: (

a) issue a grant to convey Crown lands (a portion of which is currently identified on Property Online as PID 41269010) that contain a boat launch and is approximately 467.77 square metres (0.12 acre) at Braemar Drive, Dartmouth, Halifax County, which are shown outlined in bold, shaded grey and cross hatched on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation to the Halifax Regional Municipality, or its successor or assign, for the amount of $1.00; (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
