Order in Council 1358/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Gerald Naud of Bourget be reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of one year, effective October 7, 2016.
