On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Beverly Moore of Ancaster be appointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term of one year effective the date this Order in Council is made.
