Order in Council 1235/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008, the appointment as a part- time member of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee of Dr. Benjamin (Ben) Longstaff by Order-in- Council 1723/2019 is hereby revoked, effective April 22, 2022.
