I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(

a) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 171/2011, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) the Coal Land Reserve Regulation, B.C. Reg. 395/2012, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.
