Order in Council 1671/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Stephanie Kepman of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective January 17, 2021 and ending January 23, 2023.
