Order in Council 644/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, c. 16,

John Jensen

be appointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period concurrent with his appointment as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Metrolinx, effective Monday, April 17, 2017.
