Order in Council 1051/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(6) of Ontario Regulation 445/10 made under the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010 ,

Shelly Jamieson of Toronto

who was reappointed under O.C. 1252/2016 as a part-time member of the Ontario Health Quality Council, shall be designated as the Vice-Chair of the Ontario Health Quality Council effective the date this Order in Council is made up to and including October 22, 2019.
