Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated February 22, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) grant an easement over certain lands being Parcel C containing 7424 square feet and Parcel E containing 2286 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Pictou, in the County of Pictou, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey an easement to the Town of Pictou, of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, for the price of $500.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
