OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated May 12, 1999, pursuant to subsection 29(2) of

Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Teresa Roberta Boudreau as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1998-442 dated September 2, 1998; and (

b) appoint Beverly Billard as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, effective May 1, 1999.
