Order in Council 1220/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Troy Rossignol was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective December 22, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1471/2023;

And

whereas Troy Rossignol tendered his resignation effective May 14, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1471/2023 be revoked effective May 14, 2025.
