OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 11, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1999 (2nd Session), the Foresters Association Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Dan Cochrane of Antigonish County as a public representative member of the Council of Registered Professional Foresters Association of Nova Scotia for a term of three years commencing April 9, 2026; and (

b) order that Dan Cochrane be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as a public representative member provided such reimbursements do not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
