An Act to amend The Municipal Road Assistance Authority Act, 1966 (Assented to May 5, 1972) 1966, c.52,

section amended Clause (

e) of

section of The Municipsl Road Assistance Authority Act, 1966, is repealed and the folloeing clause is substituted therefor: “minister” “(e) ‘minister’ means the member of the Executive Council to whom for the time being is assigned the administration of this Act”. 1972, c.81, s.1.
