OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 4, 2014, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) issue a quit claim deed to the Lighthouse Mennonite Church for $1.00, releasing and otherwise conveying any Crown interest in a right of way, which contains approximately 0.07 hectares (0.18 acres) and crosses land owned by Lighthouse Mennonite Church, that benefits Crown lands located at Loch Broom, Pictou County, shown as "Lot 1" on the plan marked

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) issue a quit claim deed to Joseph Leonard Richards and Alice Lorraine Richards for $1.00, releasing and otherwise conveying any Crown interest in a right of way, which contains approximately 0.16 hectares (0.38 acres) and crosses land owned by Joseph Leonard Richards and Alice Lorraine Richards, that benefits Crown lands located at Loch Broom, Pictou County, shown as "Lot 2" on the plan marked

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

c) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
