OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments: To be Acting Minister of Community Services and Acting Minister responsible for the Disabled Persons Commission from 2:45 p.m., Monday, April 14, 2003 until 12:56 a.m., Thursday, April 17, 2003: the Honourable Peter Christie; To be reappointed as a Commissioner pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Elizabeth Humber of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, commencing April 1, 2003, and ending March 31, 2008; To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Nicole Lynn Delaney of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, while employed with the South West Nova District Health Authority; Jan Gibson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, while employed with the Halifax Regional Municipality; Niki Hoyle of Bible Hill, Colchester County, while employed with The Bible Hill Village Preschool Society; and Edna M.
