OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated January 5, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Grant Machum of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a director of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing February 8, 2024; (

b) reappoint Austin Janega of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a director of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing February 8, 2024; and (

c) appoint Raul Rodriguez of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a director of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing February 8, 2024.
