Order in Council 671/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 125 of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 , and

section 291 and

Schedule 5 of the Ontario Regulation 79/10, Ronald Demers of West Nipissing be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Management for the District of Nipissing West to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective April 1, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
