OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 13, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Dominic Goduto of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of office commencing August 1, 2005, and ending July 31, 2010; (

b) reappoint Richard W.P. Murphy of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of office commencing August 1, 2005 and ending July 31, 2010; and (

c) determine the remuneration for Dominic Goduto and Richard W.P. Murphy to be at the rate determined by Order in Council 2005-52 dated February 11, 2005, and Order in Council 2005-153 dated April 14, 2005, and as amended from time to time by the Governor in Council.
