to the WILDLIFE ACT [Sections 53 and 108 (2)]. Order

in Council 329/2004, approved and ordered March 25, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective

October 1, 2004, the Angling and Scientific Collection Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 125/90, is amended

(

a) by repealing

section 11 (3) and substituting the

following:

(3) The regional manager may issue angler days on the

Dean River below signs in the lower canyon.

and

(

b) by repealing

Schedule A and substituting the attached

Schedule A.
