OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated November 6, 2002, pursuant to
Section 33 of
Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2001, the Underground Hydrocarbons Storage Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the underground storage of hydrocarbons in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after December 6, 2002.
