Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated January 16, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) lease to the Municipality of East Hants certain lands containing 79,962 square feet, more or less, situate at Mount Uniacke, in the County of Hants, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on the plan identified as

Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation for a period of ten (10) years at a rental rate of $1.00 for the term of the Lease, and on such other terms as are satisfactory to the Minister of Transportation and Public Works, for the purpose of a community park; (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Lease Agreement in such form as the Minister determines.
