OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act dated November 6, 2014, and pursuant to subsection 8(1) of
Chapter 456 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act , is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Paul LaFleche as Chair of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2012- 373 dated December 4, 2012; and (
b) appoint Jeff Conrad as Chair of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation.
