Order in Council 131/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Beverly Brooks was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 17, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 229/2022;

And

whereas Beverly Brooks tendered her resignation effective December 29, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 229/2022 be revoked effective December 29, 2022.
