Order in Council 1419/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 ,

Lora Patton of Toronto

be appointed as a full-time member and designated as a full-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Furthermore, Order in Council numbered O.C. 688/2015 dated May 27, 2015 that reappointed and redesignated her as a member and part-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , is revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
