OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated March 27, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Citizenship and Immigration Canada to authorize Nova Scotia to designate eligible learning institutions, and to exchange information for the facilitation of the International Student Program, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule A attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on after April 29, 2014.
