Order in Council 302/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lloyd (J.R.) Richards was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective January 15, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 29/2016;

And

whereas Lloyd (J.R.) Richards tendered his resignation effective January 19, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 29/2016 be revoked effective January 19, 2017.
