OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 10, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Donna Marie Zinck of Lunenburg, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-25, dated January 14, 1997, while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police; and (
b) appoint Donna Marie Kelly of Lunenburg, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
