Order in Council 352/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) to 3(3) of the Endangered Species Act, 2007,

Steven Paiero of Guelph

be reappointed as part-time member of the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding six months, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
