Order in Council 994/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Esi Codjoe was reappointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term ending December 31, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 418/2019;

And

whereas Esi Codjoe tendered her resignation effective April 25, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 418/2019 be revoked effective April 25, 2019.
