OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 11, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize, for the purpose of providing public access and comfort facilities, the lease of land at Joggins, Cumberland County, for a term of five (5) years at the full term rent of $5,000.00, with the option to renew or extend the lease for an additional five (5) years from Terrance and Margaret Terrio, theirs executors, administrators, heirs or successors in title, the location of the subject land being shown in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to prepare and have executed such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
