OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 20, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 39 of the Acts of 2005, the Dispensing Opticians Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Marion Ripley of Cumberland County as a public representative of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia College of Dispensing Opticians for a term of two years commencing April 9, 2026; and (
b) reappoint Betty Thomas of Halifax Regional Municipality as a public representative of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia College of Dispensing Opticians for a term of two years commencing April 27, 2026.
