OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated September 18, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands, one parcel of surplus lands known as Parcel A, at or near Elmsdale, County of Hants, more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and shown on

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance and exchange of one parcel of surplus land Parcel A, located at or near Elmsdale, County of Hants, containing an area of 419.9 square metres, to Finlock Holdings Limited, a Nova Scotia Limited Company, having its registered office in Dartmouth, County of Halifax, in exchange for one parcel of land Parcel B, located at or near Elmsdale, County of Hants, containing an area of 129.8 square metres from Finlock Holdings Limited to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to affect the conveyance of the lands herein above described; and (

d) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
