OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 31, 1999, pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased, effective April 21, 1999, to assign to the Minister of Justice all affairs and matters heretofore assigned to the Minister responsible for Communications Nova Scotia only insofar as they relate to the administration and publication of the Royal Gazette Parts I and II published pursuant to the authority of Sections 17 and 18 of the Communications and Information Act.
