Section 8 of

Chapter 61 of the Acts of 2010,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act , and subsection 3(7) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 4,6 and 7 of

Chapter 61 of the Acts of 2010,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act , do come into force on and not before February 1, 2015.
