OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 14, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the IWK Health Centre in the total amount not to exceed one million eight hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars ($1,875,000.00) to cover the Department’s 75% share of the costs for the required and approved mammography system equipment, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs charged to the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants, effective December 1, 2016.
