On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,
Andrew Baker of Hamilton
be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term ending on December 31, 2023, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
Further that Order in Council 1441/2020, dated October 26, 2020, be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
