OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 13, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources entering into 8 agreements with FPInnovations to deliver innovation and industry development technology transfer projects associated with innovation in Thermo Mechanical Pulp Bio Refinery; wood manufacturing; and forest management and transportation, substantially in the form as set out in Schedules "1" through "8" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
